Resetting a User’s Password: If a user forgets his or her password, and cannot use the Forgot Password? link on the login screen, the Delegated Administrator may use the Reset Password feature to generate a new, one-time use password for the user. Like the password initially assigned to a new user, this password must be changed after logging in. To do this, click the User Management button then click the Reset Password link. All registered user names will appear on the next page. Check the box corresponding to the user name and click the Reset Password button. On the next page verify the User ID and click the Reset Password button. You will then see a page with the one-time use password. |
