If you need to cancel a payment, or view the status of a payment, click the Online Payments button.

If you’re viewing or cancelling a Payment Remittance Advice (E-3), click the View Submitted Payment Remittance Advice link. A page will be displayed listing all of the Payment Remittance Advices submitted.

To view or cancel a payment, click on the Check Amount and you will be presented with a screen that lists the basic information about the payment. If you wish to see more detail, click the Review Payment Remittance Advice button.

To cancel the payment, click the Cancel Payment Remittance Advice button.

Note: In order to cancel a Payment Remittance Advice it must have a Status of Unattached.

Once the Payment Remittance Advice has been cancelled the Status will display Invalidated.

Click the Done button to return to the Scheduled ECS Online Payment: Search Results.
