If you need to cancel a payment, or view the status of a payment, click the Online Payments button.

If you’re viewing or cancelling an Online (ACH) payment, click the Search Scheduled ECS Online Payments link.

If you know the Confirmation number of the payment you can enter it in the Confirmation Number field. Or you can select the appropriate Payment Status along with any of the search criteria you wish to complete and click the Search Online Payments button.

Then, based upon the search criteria entered, all payments that have been scheduled will be displayed.

To view or cancel a payment click on the appropriate confirmation number and you will be presented with a screen that lists the basic information about the payment. If you wish to see more detail, click the Review Payment Remittance Advice button.

To cancel the payment click the Cancel Payment button.

Note: In order to cancel a payment, it must have a Payment Status of Scheduled.

Once the payment has been cancelled, the Payment Status will display Cancelled.

Click the Done button to return to the Scheduled ECS Online Payment: Search Results.
