Account Authorization Agreement (for ACH Debits)- This is the agreement OPERS requires to be signed prior to verifying and activating your account for Online Payment use. Account Status:
Allocate a New Payment- Create a new payment for a specified report. Automated Clearing House (ACH)– Technology used by the banking industry for electronic payment. Bank Account Number- The number that identifies your account. Bank Routing Number- The number that identifies your bank. Comments- You may enter additional text to help clarify information you have entered. Comments are optional. Confirmation Number- A reference number given to each payment. Debit Your Account- Money is withdrawn from your account for the payment that you scheduled. Manage Report Payment- View, delete, or cancel payments, depending on their status. Online Payments- Allows employers to make payments online using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) debit procedure. You authorize OPERS to make deductions from your account to cover contributions. Replace Button- Use the replace button to reschedule a payment returned by your Bank. Report Due Date- The date on which the amount must be paid in full to avoid penalties. Report Obligation- The total amount of the employee and employer contributions for a specified report. Returned Status- This indicates that a payment was returned by your Bank due to insufficient funds. Schedule Date- The date you would like payment to be withdrawn from your account and sent to OPERS. Schedule Report Payment- Allows you to set up a payment towards a selected report. Unpaid-These reports have not been fully paid. |
